There is no option for TO HELL WITH YOU, THIS DISGUSTS ME, but trust me, I know that was the thought of many of you. OF COURSE this is brought to you by the news of American Gods being developed by HBO and discussion of the disastrous casting of same. (Also, I have a certain...opinion about the writing in that book.) How epic is that shit gonna be? I think we should start preparing now. Brb, heading to Lowes to make a bunker in the backyard.

Are you kidding me, lady? I say this as someone who thinks that GRRM actually DOES write to a male audience, btw. I think that for a lot of reasons that have to do with my own reading of the books. However, that's pretty incidental considering everyone I know who HAS READ THEM is female.
