Can someone tell me what the HELL Ricky Gervais did on the Golden Globes? Did he pull out his willie and piss on the audience or something? And further: for a time he had the most popular podcast in the world, a podcast whose conceit was mocking an uneducated dolt for the LOLZ, so whoever greenlit him have no excuse for not knowing what his shtick is. (I don't watch award shows.)
What's going on with the Ariadne/Arthur hijacking of the Inception meme? It's basically a LOLforver situation. Yes, I was going to write today and that came to NOTHING. Maybe tomorrow. (My latest cracked out idea is Arthur getting turned into a vampire in the True Blood universe and being UTTERLY DISGUSTED by how ill-organized their management structure is and deciding to just take over and fix things from the top down...what?)
It's about that time where Wincon shit starts churning along. In case you missed it: this year we're in FUCKING NEW ORLEANS, and I'm pretty sure this will finally be the year where we have our first arrest. Maybe that should be this year's slogan: Come to Wincon and get first hand knowledge of police procedurals.
Finally, I think I have to give up on getting my lj layout ever done. Can someone tell me how to just get a standard one of tumbling pandas or laser sharks or something else obnoxious?
