syncope at 09:57pm on 22/12/2010The reason you haven't gotten Liz's daily story for a couple days is that I'm now immersed in a behemoth that went from a LOL kink prompt to a V SRS BSNS PLOT in about three paragraphs.
It's about to tip to 13k words. It's in three acts. The first two are just about done, the third I am going to aim at having done by Boxing Day.
Yes, it's Arthur/Eames. Yes, it's all ~romantical. Yes, they are serious badasses.
You know when you're writing something and you think to yourself "I can't believe I'm writing this, and I feel no shame" ? That happened every paragraph of this story.
Guys, that's 13000 words in TWO DAYS.
Which isn't really that unheard of for me, but not for fic in a long long time.

Ok, this made me feel better Klingon "A Christmas Carol"
