Even if you haven't yet, one day you will have to deal with bereavement and the funeral business. It's not pretty.
Funerals are expensive, and if you've never had to deal with one you might not understand how the grief of loss is subsumed by the monetary issues around your grief. It's abject.
If you have fifty cents or a couple dollars to help out the lady that helps put on Wincon, please do so.
You know I never ask for your money, and neither does Jenn.
In the end, we'll all leave our survivors behind. As living people our job is to make that easier because that will be what we want when the time comes around when we're left behind.
