syncope at 02:10pm on 31/07/2010Something I can safely say I never really thought about putting on my list of Shit I Would Prefer To Never Do was hauling fill dirt in wheelbarrows load by load in the rain. Now that I have that crossed off my list, hopefully I can add doing same in the sun tomorrow.
I will have to console myself with wine and Sherlock which I have not yet managed to view.
HOWEVER, I did discuss with my personal seamstress the beginning concepts for my Winprom dress for this year. I do believe I'm going for a '50's sleeveless cocktail dress with lots of ridiculous organza this year. The theme (lest you forget) is Starry Night (the cliche is purposeful), and I had thought about coming out with my first cosplay ever, but I don't even KNOW, y'all. Other people will rock out as aliens or werewolves, but I think I might end up just having star doodads sewn on my dress.
If you have suggestions, please feel free to lay them on me. Of course I thought about being a vampire, do not fret on that accord. But I might forgo it this ONE time. (But I still might have to have a cape or something, idk, shut up!)
Saw Inception again. My feelings about this movie are so utterly over the top. I have the conceit for two *huge* fics. If tomorrow doesn't turn into a Day of Extreme Labor, I might even start one of them. Yes, fic I have to work on, I know. One of them might end up being rather epic. WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME?
I'm tired, y'all.
