It was quite pleasant as they are hee-larious and exactly what long-time readers of my lj would expect from my family. My uncle is a football coach (not the peewee rec league kind) so there's always bullshit football talk. But guess what today was? THAT'S RIGHT, RETRIBUTION IN SMALL KIND FOR ALL THE FOOTBALL TALK.
Ole, ole, ole!
What is awesome about my family (one thing) is that while the WC viewers were in one room watching the game screaming and being generally hysterical, the rest of the family was in an open plan other room EATING EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD and commentating--"Someone must have scored this time?!" "I have to admit the octopus is a rock star." "Who grew these tomatoes?" (I did.)
Then Spain won and we ate all the food in the world, OLE!
Spain won because I wore my super special magical Spanish earrings. Plus, I am always in cahoots with octopuses.
Has everyone quit watching this show? ( True Blood )
