Oh, Southland, I am going to miss you when you leave me.

I've never watched a show before where I am actually resentful that people don't watch it even though they watch shitty programming and have "save this show" campaigns for them. Mostly I don't believe in comparing the *quality* of art since to each their own and if you dig Sponge Bob (you're a stoner,) then, whatever, man.

Now with added Cudlitz interview. I think people are assholes. And success just enables them to become the complete asshole they always were. Um. I am reconsidering my twitter stance right now.

This started off as a comment that got too long.

( On why I think Southland isn’t popular because it’s something new, a show made for women viewers, and not like a soap opera—not a show made by men <i>for</i> women, but a show made by women for everyone. )
