Let us be clear, my friends: I do not get lj notifications anymore. Not from my own journal and not from anyone else's. So it seems like I've been even more of a jerk lately (maybe I HAVE) I don't know when you talk back to me as I do not get these precious notifications. May I add that I find this to be crap. I don't even know how long this's been going on since I've been so out of it w/ buying creepy dolls, traveling, and sleeping 27 hours a night.
The other day when I said I was mostly recovered? Yeah, then I slept for fourteen more hours. Apparently I need new vitamins (ones made of meth).
So I have decided to take the opposite approach to The Vampire Diaries than I did with the Southern Vampire (humble title) novels: I can't read these books. Ima just wing this. The fic I want to write is a ludicrous farce mostly about what Pam was up to before Eric made her come live in that shit hole of town anyway--with Damon as the foil. (Anyone who lives in or Shreveport adjacent, don't be offended, that's Pam's opinion of your fair town; personally I think Lafayette is way worse).
Hey, what the hell's been going on while I've been away? It appears from perusing my vampire-friendly fl that I am not the only one who has been ruffied by TVD (and I am v conflicted about whether I should back the childishly humorous VD for the abbrev or if I should side w/ the people who are schappalled by the very notion). I knew that would happen because I've encountered this Ian fellow before I know he can act JUST well enough to give us all an excuse to pretend we like him for more than hismind ridiculous good looks.
In very domestic news it would appear that I ordered my new winter coat just in time for it to start snowing. Puke. I'm moving to Key Largo.
PS: I've sort of started reading Dean/Castiel fic and I'm contemplating what do about Yuletide this year. Should I sign up? I'm so conflicted.
