syncope at 02:16pm on 18/03/2009Oh YAY! To round out the first quarter of the Year of Hell, my computer is about to die. It's freezing on the boot and then laughing uproariously at me when I try to ctrl alt dlt into the task manager. THEN it leaps up and smacks me in the face for the lulz. I suspect it knows how I hated it from day one and is returning the sentiment. Fuck you, Vaio, you have a pretty face but you were never worth worth the effort!
My main issue with this machine is the "design feature" that someone genius designer conceived where the lip that rests against my wrists is SHARP so it cuts me. Oh, I LOVE that, trust me.
Anyway, my bitterness towards inanimate objects aside, I said I'd write up my instructions for risotto, so let's do that before the roving circus of my family shows up!
