syncope at 12:52pm on 22/05/2008Oh please tell me that I'm imagining the fact that I'm reading AI stories on MTV.com and actually discussing the improbable nature of David Cook's life story w/ Jenn who is not actually even DISCOURAGING this as much as agreeing it's very improbable.
I feel like I might have been bamboozled somehow, because Chris turns up out of nowhere all excited about David Cook, and the next thing I know, I'm reading an interview with his old bandmates (who are frickin' hilarious) contemplating David A getting advice from Danny N ("Don't let them control you, kitten, don'tchu know about that big gay ex-Mormon...thing, charity, you know? They'll help you. Or you could just get over yourself, 'cause this is harshing my sparkle time, honey."). I'm now picturing David A dressed by Danny and laughing my ass off.
Okaaaaaaaaaaay, it's one of those days where I'm insane. Excellent. Tonight is my cousin's graduation and I'm being forced to go out for sushi, which should prove to be epic if I'm in this kind of mood. My cousins keep trying to get me into yaoi, WHICH IS NOT EVER happening. But maybe they'll be interested in my thoughts on David/David romance? I feel they will. My one cousin is starting a business making black baby clothes with skulls and spider webs and so on at my urging, so I feel this will be much discussed tonight. They're trying to trick me into knitting crap for it, but I have pornography to write, you know? Knitting really cuts into that. I'm supposed to be making Jenn a felted messenger bag anyway.
So, who has the facts about the Davids in a handy format where I don't have to scour the interwebs for 16 days finding the important info like: do they have pets? should I get medicated? is David A REALLY a mormon or am I just making that up? how hard is JJ going to laugh at this post? do I have to punish myself for this with Black Flag? but, really, IS he a mormon?
