Armchair Apocrapha - Andrew Bird

I would like to point out that I bought this record and the other one I posted. I DO NOT do this. I don't pay for music, for a variety of reasons, but I actually gave a store US$ for these two cds. I think the guy deserves it. So if you rip him off by dling this, buy some merch or go to a show (like I'm going to v soon) and kick him a couple bucks.

There's a high school radio station here that plays what could only be called a cracked out selection of music. One set will containt the dj's sister's band (who play apocalyptic surf rock--this is a real example, they have a song whose only lyrics are STOP THE TERRORISM!), Muse, Propaghandi, The Mountain Goats, and some random klezmer music. What's not to love? Anyway, one of the kids loves Andrew Bird and plays him every other song. Real example again. I'm not sure there's adult supervision over there. More power to them.
