Sooooooooooooo predictable.


I never liked the Terminator movies. I don't think I even bothered to see the third one. Apocalyptic scenarios hold no appeal to me. Robots bore me. Cybernetics and futurism make me yawn. There is nothing about those films that holds even a tiny bit of appeal to me.

So, clearly, I wasn't watching Sarah Connor Chronciles, because why inflict pain and tedium on myself? Jenn wouldn't shut up about it, though, and talked to me about it like I was watching it--so typical behavior. Then I saw a picture of the kid. This is what I said to her "if you would have linked me to pics of the jailbait, I would have been in from the get-go."

We aren't talking the sort of epic fail that my reaction to Firefly was in the beginning "cowboys in space? wow, it could only be worse if it was in the future...oh, it is? fuck that shit!" Yeah. Well. We aren't all perfect.
