syncope at 01:51pm on 16/10/2007My friends are strange creatures, and I don't really want to get into the reason I am considering this (rly, y'all?) but now that the whole world seems to write or read rpf I am thinking about reviving Slashing the Slashers with a new format.
For those of you who are new, the way this works is that you sign up to write fic about another fangirl. It's called slash because, well, I was probably drunk when I came up with the name and I mainly (thought I) write slash. Most of the fic turns out to be total crack with fangirls inserted into every known (and many invented) fandom, but there are also serious stories with plots and careful characterization (which is SO WEIRD).
Basically, you write fic about another fangirl--it can be total rpf or it can be fpf where the fangirl (or boy!) is inserted into some fandom.
